Questions
When is the Black Friday offer on sale?
23 – 30 November: Black Friday week through Cyber Monday. Outside those dates the pass can't be bought; the regular passes are always on the home page, from a half day to a month.
Do I need a FICO account to buy the Black Friday pass?
No. You pay with your card and email, and we create your FICO account from that email. Your receipt has a link to set a password, and from then on you book your days in the FICO app like any other member. Already have an account? Pay with the same email and the five days are added to it.
Can I use the Black Friday days in December?
Yes. The five days last 30 days from the day you buy, so a pass bought in Black Friday week runs well into December. Use them on any weekday, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00, one at a time or back to back. If FICO closes for a holiday, that day simply can't be booked, and the days you haven't used after the 30 days expire.
Is the Black Friday pass a good way to try FICO?
Yes. Five days for €45 works out at €9 a day, against €18 for a single day pass. There is no contract and nothing renews: use the days to see whether the room suits you, and when the 30 days are up, decide whether to come back with a 10-day pack, a weekly or a monthly pass.
