Yes — a Half-Day pass is EUR 10 and a full Daily pass is EUR 18, and neither commits you to anything after it. There is no minimum term and nothing renews on its own, so the usual way people start is a single day: come in, work a normal day, see whether the room suits you. You are also welcome to drop by for a coffee and a look around first without booking anything at all.

In the FICO app, or in the members' area on the web. The app is the one most members end up using because it also opens the door, so you can let yourself in on your own schedule. You buy a plan, then book the days you want against it; the soundproof phone booth is booked the same way and costs nothing extra on top of a desk.

It depends on the plan the day came from. Days bought as part of a weekly or monthly plan are tied to that period and are not credited back if you do not use them — the plan buys the period, not a bank of days. A 10-day pass behaves differently: it is a set of days valid for three months, so an unused day stays on the pass until the pass expires. If something goes wrong, tell us — we would rather sort it out than have you lose a day to a rule.

The hours, and nothing else. Regular access runs Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00 — the staffed day, and what most people need. FICO Flex runs 07:00 to 22:00 on the same weekdays and exists for freelancers and remote workers on US or UK hours, who need the room before the day starts here or long after it has ended. Same desks, same wifi, same coffee, same booth; Flex simply lets you in for more of the day.

Bring a laptop and nothing else. Monitors are available to rent if you want a second screen, and every desk is height-adjustable and comes with an ergonomic chair. As for getting here: FICO is in La Isleta, three minutes' walk from Las Canteras — most members walk, cycle or take the bus, and the guaguas stop a few minutes away.
