Questions
Do I need a FICO account to buy the Halloween pass?
No. You pay with your card and email, and we create your FICO Coworking account from that email. Your receipt has a link to set a password. From then on you book your days at our coworking in Las Palmas in the FICO app, like any other member. Already have an account? Pay with the same email and the five days are added to it.
When can I use the five Halloween days?
Any weekday, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00, within 30 days of buying. Buy on 31 October and they're good until 30 November. The days don't have to be consecutive, and you book each one when you want it, so the pass suits a digital nomad passing through Gran Canaria as much as a local who comes in once a week. Days you haven't used after the 30 days expire.
What if my plans change after I've booked a day?
Cancel the booked day in the app at least 24 hours before it starts and the day credit comes back for you to book another one. Cancel later than that and the day is spent. Booth slots can be cancelled any time before they start.
Where is FICO, and how far is it from Las Canteras beach?
FICO Coworking is at Calle Prudencio Morales 73 in La Isleta, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a three-minute walk from Las Canteras beach, near La Puntilla. It is the coworking in La Isleta people pick when they want to work a full day and still swim at lunch.
What does a coworking day at FICO include?
A hot desk in a bright, quiet room with 10 Gb Wi-Fi, height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs, unlimited Italian coffee, and time in the soundproof phone booth for your calls. You also join the FICOmmunity WhatsApp group, where members organise dinners, hikes, surf sessions and the aperitivos that give the coworking in Las Palmas its name for friendly faces.
Is the Halloween pass a good way to try coworking in Gran Canaria?
It is the cheapest way in all year: five days for €45 is €9 a day, against €18 for a single day pass. There is no contract and nothing renews. When the 30 days are up, you decide whether to come back with a 10-day pack, a weekly or a monthly pass.
