You pay by card. Paying creates your FICO account under the email you use, which is how you book your days, and your receipt brings a link to set a password. Already a member? Pay with the same email and the days land on your account. See our terms and privacy policy.
Questions
When is the Christmas offer on sale?
14 – 24 December, the run-up to Christmas. Outside those dates the pass can't be bought; the regular passes are always on the home page, from a half day to a month.
How does my friend get their three days?
Bring them to FICO on their first day and we set up their pass at the desk, with nothing to pay. Their 30 days start that day, not the day you bought, so they can come later than you. One friend per pass.
Does my friend need a FICO account?
Not to start: we set them up at the desk with their name and email. To book their days in the FICO app, they sign up with that same email, and the pass is already on their account.
Can I use both Christmas passes myself?
No: one pass is yours and the other is for a friend's desk. December is our busiest month, so the deal is a second person at the next desk, not more days for one. If you want more days yourself, the 10-day pack is on the home page.
