Taller de Resina

Resin is one of those crafts that looks impossible until someone puts the mixing cup in your hand. Over three hours, you'll pour, tint, and set your own pieces — bookmarks, page markers, pendants for a necklace, keyrings — with Shira, who has been working with resin for years and runs the whole thing at the pace of whoever is slowest.

No experience needed. Genuinely none. Most people have never touched resin, and the first hour goes on learning what it does before you commit to anything.

What's included. Every material, plus a snack and a drink.

Booking. A 50% deposit reserves your place; you pay the rest on the day.

Collecting your pieces. Resin needs about 24 hours to cure, so you won't carry anything home on the afternoon itself — you'll pick your pieces up from FICO the following day.

The workshop runs in Spanish, in our room on Calle Prudencio Morales, three minutes from Las Canteras. It's the kind of Saturday afternoon that's easy to recommend to someone who has just moved here and wants to meet people without having to be good at anything yet.
